As the Head of Media, you will be responsible for shaping how we connect and communicate with our communities. You’ll develop media strategies and campaigns that deliver breakthrough and memorable user experiences that ultimately increase brand love and loyalty.

In this role, you will create holistic media strategies that deliver on your marketing and business goals. You’ll have the operational savvy to know how to set up your team, agencies, and the infrastructure to execute flawlessly.

Key responsibilities for the job –

  • Understand and create Youtube content and organic marketing strategy
  • Optimize Video Content & YouTube Channels
  • Overall Responsible for YouTube channel’s growth and user engagement
  • Work with YouTube optimization tools and various Youtube APIs
  • Video on page metadata fixing & off-page optimization
  • Promote YouTube live stream
  • Competitor channel & video analysis

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 15 years of digital and brand marketing experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years in media leadership experience at global consumer brands or their agencies
  • Experience in people management; cares deeply about the team. Knowledgeable how to inspire and invested in the team’s success
  • Successful track record of breakthrough media campaigns
  • Deep understanding of ad operations, the digital video and overall display landscapes
  • Proficiency in offline media including but not limited to TV, OOH and print
  • Demonstrated accountability of driving business results through media investment
